SH101 synthesis : a new track SH-SYNNER

After watching a short video on http://www.dinsync.info/ blog about making percussion from the sh101 and mc202 I thought I’d give it a go but use the SH101 to make all the track elements.

What I ended up with is an old UK bleepy techno style track, the sh101 has heaps of bass and I had to transpose it to get it a bit more audible, the kick is nice and meaty and balanced out with the classic techno click. The percussion make use of the noise oscillator. All other sounds were a mix of modulation, frequency and ADSR.
All the sounds were triggered using the tr-606 into the SH101.

Here is the final track, it maybe one for the Colin Dale school of Abstract Dance. If you have some good subs then turn it up.
